Reynolds Real Estate has been named to "The List" by the Albany Business Review. Reynolds has been ranked #39 by sales volume in 2008 for Capital Region residential real estate firms. We are extremely proud to see that all our hard work is paying off from last year and that we are being recognized.

Reynolds Real Estate moved over 67 different residential properties last year (in the CRMLS) for a total of $10,018,530 in volume, with an average home price of over $149,000.

We have some of the best agents, best customers and a great area to work in. We are already on our way and setting our goals on moving up the list for this year. The economy has made selling Real Estate a little harder but our proven methods, determination and complete sales approach has kept us moving houses. Lower home prices have opened the market to many new buyers, and government incentives this year will make a difference.

Tour of the Battenkill major sponsor - tour their facility in Salem. To be followed by a short tour by car of portions of the 2009 race course, including the infamous Juniper Swamp Road in Salem.

The Battenkill Valley Creamery, is the only fluid milk producer-processor in Warren, Washington and Saratoga Counties, has partnered with the Tour of the Battenkill to produce a specially-designed race-label quart commemorative bottle of chocolate milk.

Cambridge, NY - Organizers of the 2009 Tour of the Battenkill cycling race (www.tourofthebattenkill.com) announce team selections for the Pro Men's Invitational Race on Sunday April 19. A new addition to the event for 2009, the Pro Men's Invitational is the marquee race for the April 18-19 weekend. Preceded on Saturday April 18 by the nation's largest single-day Pro/Am - the Tour of the Battenkill which will draw more than 1500 Professional and Amateur racers from throughout the USA and Canada - the Pro Men's Invitational will feature 20 Professional & Elite teams including one UCI Continental Professional, 7 UCI Continental, 4 Canadian Professional, and 9 Regional Elite teams. Racers will be competing over the rugged, 124 mile course in Upstate New York's Battenkill Valley made famous for it's several dirt road sections.
