Reynolds Real Estate Ranks in Top 40
Reynolds Real Estate has been named to "The List" by the Albany Business Review. Reynolds has been ranked #39 by sales volume in 2008 for Capital Region residential real estate firms. We are extremely proud to see that all our hard work is paying off from last year and that we are being recognized.
Reynolds Real Estate moved over 67 different residential properties last year (in the CRMLS) for a total of $10,018,530 in volume, with an average home price of over $149,000.
We have some of the best agents, best customers and a great area to work in. We are already on our way and setting our goals on moving up the list for this year. The economy has made selling Real Estate a little harder but our proven methods, determination and complete sales approach has kept us moving houses. Lower home prices have opened the market to many new buyers, and government incentives this year will make a difference.
